Eric was awesome! He had to go into our crawl space to fix the water line to the refrigerator. Showed us before and after pictures, so we could see what the problem was and the solution without venturing into the crawl space ourselves. Then he made sure that the water ran clear for our ice and drinking water. Besides being skilled at his work, Eric is an exellent communicator. Next time we need assistance, we will definitely be asking for Eric Medina!

Not having a/c in the middle of the summer is brutal. Cool Masters came out right away and the issue was fixed within 30 minutes. What a relief! We’ve used them before and were pleased. They’re our new “go to” a/c company.

AC stopped working on one of the hottest days last week and cool masters pretty much showed up within a few hours and fixed the AC in about 15 minutes. We were happy as can be. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

They have a personable touch and build report quickly. You feel like you can trust them in an industry where it is hard to find trustworthy repairs. Our AC stopped working. We had one of the larger HVAC companies come check it out. The technician said the unit was beyond repair and we’d spend as much fixing it as we would replacing it. He then scheduled his sales guy the come out the following night and walk us through our options. Replacement sounded like the only option. I called Cool Masters to give me a quote on replacing it so I could get multiple quotes. The service manager came out thinking he was pricing a full replacement. He did his own investigation and found that the unit was only 7 years old (we purchased the house 2 years ago and weren’t sure), and also found a fuse that had melted. He fixed the fuse and added some refrigerant and said that should last us another several years. I went from paying $4k to a couple hundred. Cool Masters is the best and had earned all of my business going forward, without me getting multiple quotes.

We got the dip and twirl from one of the big corporate companies and Jonathan came out and was honest about all of our needed repairs. Hands down the best customer service I’ve received from an HVAC provider. He even came out the next day and stayed until 8pm perfecting everything. Will recommend and use them for my future HVAC needs.

I’m pleased with the work done at the house. It was a cold week and my 12 yr old furnace. I wasn’t home when Jonathan came to service it but my boyfriend was there. He explained to my bf the reason why the furnace was broken, showed the motor, explained the life of the motor (about 10 years). He also didn’t mind explaining it to me for a second time over the phone. I will do business with them again.

Great Big Thank You to Coolmasters! Our furnace went out at 1:30 AM and I called to leave a message but Coolmasters ANSWERED! Five minutes later I had an appointment for 7 am…5.5 hours later! Tech was there on the dot and finished 35 minutes later. So glad we use Coolmasters for our maintenance too because we saved a lot today. I didn’t think companies like this existed anymore!

Eduardo came to my house yesterday for the annual HVAC maintenance visit and I was very pleased with him. He was professional & courteous, explaining everything as he went along. I thought he did a great job. I’ve been a Cool Masters customer for many years now since I had my new system installed and as usual I was glad to do business with them.

Couldn’t be happier with Raul and his assistant and their service. Prompt, polite, straight up explanations, up front about pricing. The man knows what he’s doing and is incredibly thorough. He kept me informed the entire time & explained everything so well. Took the time to explain how to use the new thermostat as well. He has a good sense of humor and is also good with dogs, which I appreciated! I’m sitting in an air conditioned house now because of Raul. Definitely recommend Cool Masters and will be using this company going forward.

Eric is the plumber we used from Cool Masters, and we have nothing but terrific things to say about him. He did the job that we needed done and did it perfectly and on time. He went above and beyond what was requested. The job involved re-routing a pipe, and then included installing a water monitoring system.

We’ve dealt with numerous contractors in the past, and I can say without hesitation that he had the most positive, “pride in his work attitude” I’ve ever experienced. He describes himself as a perfectionist, and it is certainly evident from his work.

We give Eric our very best rating, and highly recommend him. You won’t be disappointed with his services.
