I work for a property management company and needed an HVAC tech to check out a property as soon as possible. Cool Masters sent a tech out the very next day. They called me on site with solution and pricing and waited for my approval. Work was completed that same day. I worked specifically with Chris Nelson who was absolutely great! I will definitely reach out to them again for any future work in the Lawrenceville GA area.

After having major issues with 2 big name companies I decided to roll the dice one more time with cool masters. Mark Smith was able to figure out the issue (something the other company did to the unit during their installation in 2023) and fix it getting us cold air again in time for those hot days. I'm completely happy with service and confident that we've found our forever company for heating and cooling needs.

MIke Blitch was friendly and very Professional .Issue taken care of quickly. Will definitely use COOL Masters again if needed.

Additional review. April 24,2024. Eduardo Marinez came to do my biannual maintenance today. He is polite, knowledgeable, professional and loves his job!! If he wasn't already married, I would want him as my son-in-law!WOW! Use this company! This is my 3rd HVAC company within the last year. All I can say is WOW! So glad the other company I was settling for didn't answer the phone on July 4th, and Cool Masters did. Customer service and knowledge....wow, what a concept! If I could give 6 stars, I would!

i've been without my upstairs unit for awhile now and today I decided to get it fixed. after reading the google reviews for this company i decided to call and give them a try. i now see why the reviews are so high in ratings. i called and the person told me someone would be here between a certain window and they called again to let me know that the service person was on his way. he arrived between the appointed window and he was pleasant, mannerable and all around professional. he diagnosed the problem and within less than maybe 30min my upstairs unit was back working again. I couldn't be more pleased. they will continue to get my business in the future if and when i need them. than you so much.from ms.morrisI had my units serviced today (6/25/20) and one was repaired and I am glad I found this company. The service was professional and the price was just right. Chris (I hope that's right), did an amazing job of getting my upstairs unit back working. I used them a few years back and they were and still are a great company to do business with. Thanks so much!!!April 23 2024,I just had my new units replaced throughout my home. The two techs that came to my home, one is named Luis and I forgot the other tech's name but they did the work on 4/22/24, were both polite, respectful and I was amazed how well they worked together to get the job completed. They both took the extra time to walk me through my system, answer any questions that I had and helped me set up the new thermostats. Ken at Cool Masters did a great job at the beginning of the whole process of explaining to me the different system options that were available and helping to make the appropriate decision for a system that was functional for my needs without a lot of budget worries. So far I'm pleased with the install and looking forward to see how this new system functions in the coming months of spring, into summer and the rest of the year.

He identified a solution within minutes of arriving and completed system wide cleaning, installation of additional sensors and our semi-annual maintenance check-up within a single visit and at very reasonable pricing.Mark sent us a complete array of pictures and measurements via e-mail and was very thorough.We give mark a 5-Star rating and suggest you want Mark and the Cool Masters to be your HVAC team.Thanks Mark!

Jonathon did an excellent job. Very skilled technician AND A VERY NICE GENTLEMAN! Not only appreciate the technical service, but thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him.Had to replace old systems. Ken and the crew (Jerimy and Keith) were very professional and very nice to work with.

Great HVAC service. I’ve used them multiple times. Eduardo was courteous and explained his findings well at the scheduled Spring maintenance visit and complete the work in a timely manner.

Eduardo my technician just left my house from servicing my HVAC and I couldn’t write a review fast enough. The email, text and phone call “thanks Haley” about the visit is awesome for someone like me who forgets everything. Service and the explanation of the service was clear and easy to understand, the price that Cool Masters charges is a fair price for what you receive. Randall and Mark came, today, for my HVAC bi-annual check up, and filter exchange. They were professional, efficient and very friendly. I found them to be just super nice guys. I’ve been using Cool Masters for a few years, now; they installed a new system for me about two years ago, and it’s been great! Also, their office staff have always been very nice, and always efficient. One thing I like about this company is that they’re not so large that the customer “gets lost in the mix,” as with some “corporate-sized” companies. I feel that I get caring, competent, personalized service. I’m very glad that I chose them for my HVAC needs. I highly recommend Cool Masters.

Eduardo has been my technician at least 3 times now - for regular maintenance, an assessment and a recent repair- and he has been consistently polite, professional and on time for the appointment. If customer service and quality work are priorities for you, you have to call Cool Masters. Eduardo represents the company well. I will request him every time.

Randall was very professional and courteous. He kept me apprised of his estimated arrival, time it would take to perform the maintenance and provided a recap of the work done. Excellence at its best.

Eduardo was fantastic! He was fast and polite and also very informative with what he was working on. He let me know what he was doing and why he was repairing those items. Eric was great! He solved my issues within a matter of minutes.

Eric is a true professional. He clearly explained his process, patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, and fixed the water heater! Will definitely look up Cool Masters again for any future needs.

Eric was awesome! He had to go into our crawl space to fix the water line to the refrigerator. Showed us before and after pictures, so we could see what the problem was and the solution without venturing into the crawl space ourselves. Then he made sure that the water ran clear for our ice and drinking water. Besides being skilled at his work, Eric is an exellent communicator. Next time we need assistance, we will definitely be asking for Eric Medina!

I have been using Cool Masters for some time after a neighbor recommended them. Always prompt in resolving my issues and have never tried to up sell or push a product that I was not already sold on. Will use them in the future.

Solved the issue with my HVAC

The A/C unit went out at our business in Lawrenceville GA so we called Cool Masters Air Conditioning and Heating. They were able to come out same day and found our problem in no time. I recommend Cool Masters for all of your cooling and heating needs!

The repair people are always prompt, competent, and courteous.

Eduardo came to my house yesterday for the annual HVAC maintenance visit and I was very pleased with him. He was professional & courteous, explaining everything as he went along. I thought he did a great job. I've been a Cool Masters customer for many years now since I had my new system installed and as usual I was glad to do business with them.

Eric is the great technician.

I called Cool Masters because they had an excellent reputation according to my research. All I can say is wow. They came out and not only fixed the problem with my furnace, they used a really cool piece of equipment to evaluate how efficiently it was running.Turns out it was running too rich, which was not only costing me more money on natural gas, it was creating higher levels of carbon monoxide, which was really dangerous for my family. After making some adjustments, it was running perfectly.They were very informative, friendly and charged me much less than I was expecting. I highly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier with Raul and his assistant and their service. Prompt, polite, straight up explanations, up front about pricing. The man knows what he’s doing and is incredibly thorough. He kept me informed the entire time & explained everything so well. Took the time to explain how to use the new thermostat as well. He has a good sense of humor and is also good with dogs, which I appreciated! I’m sitting in an air conditioned house now because of Raul. Definitely recommend Cool Masters and will be using this company going forward.

Raul was the consumate professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and why. The price was very reasonable and he did the work in very timely manner to get our A/C back up and running quickly. We will be repeat customers if the need ever arises.

Raul was just at our unit fixing the air conditioning He is a true gentleman. He is polite, hardworking and very knowledgeable about systems. I wish that all service calls were as pleasant as this one was. Raul fixed the problem and stayed late on a holiday weekend.

Lee came out and explained in detail everything that was causing problems with our AC. He understood that we were on a budget and worked with us to fit that budget. After repairs, he realized that some parts were still intact and that it helped shave some more expense off our service call. He could've ignored and charged us his original quote, but his honesty and professionalism made for a great experience for us. Thanks Lee and regards to Cool Masters!!
